Not the best day but could have been worse :/
Grapefruit for breakfast
Grapes, baby carrots and a pear for lunch
Stir fry onions and Mahi for dinner
… And then a binge
My calories ended up around 1800 for the day but I danced off about 500 so I think I still made a deficit of about 300 for the day.
