Not the best day but could have been worse :/

Grapefruit for breakfast

Grapes, baby carrots and a pear for lunch

Stir fry onions and Mahi for dinner

… And then a binge :(

My calories ended up around 1800 for the day but I danced off about 500 so I think I still made a deficit of about 300 for the day.

Better luck tomorrow :)

Miso soup, salad and mushrooms for lunch ( at a seafood buffet, mind you)

Stir fry onions, peppers and mushrooms for dinner with a bottle of wine

 Not bad. Kept it under 1000 and even burnned nearly 500 calories through exercise.

Thanks for all the support guys, it helped :) Hopefully I’ll do as well tomorrow.

Day 3 was lame too…

I went over my goal by almost 400 calories. I’m really getting sick of consistently screwing up day after day. I know I sound like a broken record, but tomorrow I will be strong :/

Day 1 of my new begining…

Sucked. lol :)

I decided to give myself a goal of 1200 calories for the day and because I choose to not have any wine in the evening. This sounded really easy. However I ate way more than usual throughout the day (because I was planning on the wine fast) but then decided I wanted a cocktail after work… Now I’m around 1400 calories for the day and only got in a 20 minute walk, 20 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of playing DDR… Not the best of new starts :(  

If I want to loose 2 pounds this week I’m really going to have to work my butt off to make up for lost time. This shouldn’t be too hard though considering I have a lot of dance rehearsal coming up between now and Saturday. I’ll do better tomorrow…

Tomorrow is a new day…

I’m going to start a new diet tomorrow. It’s Monday; a fresh start. Currently, I am 121.6 and wish to be 108-110.  I will try to post my progress every day. xxx
